Additional charge of $50 per person/per night applies on approval.

Security Information: A copy of a current drivers licence is required from the person making the booking and whom will be responsible for any incidentals.

Security Deposit: $1,000 per stay. Payment is required prior to arrival and returned within 2 days of departure pending no damage incurred. Credit Card details can alternatively be provided for security.

If above normal cleaning is required, additional charges may be deducted from the security deposit.

Late check outs may also incur additional charges.
